General Information on support requests

One does get an overview of all support addresses here. Please consider, that the most suitable contact channels for your request will depend on the type of project you are working with. For OpenStack projects, please contact the administrators of the cloud site to which your project has been allocated. The same applies to Kubernetes projects. If you are using SimpleVM you can contact the Cloud Portal Helpdesk. The same applies to general requests and questions, as well as to any requests relating to the Cloud Portal or the application process for cloud projects.
