As another successful year comes to a close, we would like to thank you for your continued trust in our services. The steady increase in the number of projects and users on the de.NBI Cloud is a clear indication of the important role it plays in supporting the German research and science community.
We are proud to provide an irreplaceable service that powers research and science in Germany. Looking ahead to the new year, we are committed to expanding and improving our cloud services even further.
With the holidays on the horizon, please note that we will be taking a brief respite between Christmas and New Year. During this period, from 22nd of December to 4th of January, our support team will be available to a limited extent only.
Nevertheless, if you need assistance during these times, please do not hesitate to contact our helpdesk. The same applies to any feedback you would like to provide, which we are always open to receiving in order to continue improving our service.
No project applications or modifications will be processed from 22nd of December.
Regular processing of project applications, extensions and modification requests will resume on 12th of January 2026.
