Dear de.NBI Cloud Tübingen Users,
recently we have received requests from some users that they do not have access to the Internet from within their VMs. As a result, no data could be pulled onto VMs of affected users and no updates could be performed. The reason was an unforeseen behavior of Openstack regarding current DNS settings of our networks. This behavior could be corrected, however, network restarts are now required on the affected machines.
If you don't know how to restart network services on your machines without errors, you can simply restart the VM directly.
