Dear de.NBI Cloud users,

We are writing to inform you that the scheduled maintenance, which began today at 09:00 CEST, has been successfully completed.

Unfortunately these information couldn`t be sent earlier due to an outtage at the de.NBI Site in Bielefeld while the maintenance was already done.

All Hypervisors are back online, and all instances that were not manually shut down by the users (or that were set to shut down by our team) are ACTIVE again.

Please check if all your instances are running and functioning as intended.

We noted that for some projects, the load balancers could not detect the services on their definend members after the restart. Therefore, please ensure that your services are running after the reboot.

Projects affected by this specific issue will receive a separate message instructing them to restart their services and verify accessibility.

We apologize for any disruption this maintenance may have caused. Please feel free to contact our support team if you require any assistance.
