today at 15:30 we will perform an important maintenance on our storage infrastructure. We do not expect any disruptions or problems. However, you may experience individual connection problems of a few seconds to your volumes and Quobyte volumes in Region One. If you experience any other problems, or if the connectivity issues last longer or occur more than once, please contact us immediately so that we can take care of them as soon as possible.
The maintenance work should be finished by tomorrow at 15:30 as scheduled.
In the context of this, I would like to inform you that we have opened our own ticket system for the de.NBI Cloud Site in Tübingen. Therefore, if you have any problems or questions, please feel free to send an email to denbi@zdv.uni-tuebingen.de.
