Dear de.NBI Cloud users,
you probably noticed our maintenance work in Region Two recently. We are currently cleaning up and taking the opportunity to make some improvements to potentially enable higher resilience, data throughput and server stability in the future.
As part of that, we would like to do some network work in Region One in the coming weeks. We are taking a very planned and cautious approach to this and do not anticipate any outages. In the event that these do nevertheless occur (an outage will not affect the integrity of your data), I would like to use this email to make you aware of our activities and ask you to write to us if you notice any suspicious network problems in Region One. We will also continue to be available to answer any other questions you may have about this issue.
