unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a malfunction in our storage system. As a result, some users are not being able to access individual files or volumes. If you are affected by this, rest assured that your files are still safely stored on our servers. Unfortunately, this is a software problem in our storage system that prevents access to individual files as soon as there is a problem with synchronization between all three disks (your data is backed up three times redundantly to physically different disks).
We are already working with the manufacturers on a solution to this problem and hope to be back to you with good news very soon.
