Dear users of the de.NBI Cloud in Tübingen,
We would like to thank you very much for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience during the problem with the de.NBI block storage service. We have fixed some of the issues over the last few weeks, but we are still experiencing an issue with this service and would like to upgrade our storage service to the latest version that will allow us to fix these issues. This upgrade will start on Wednesday, 08.03.2023, at 18:00 CET and is expected to be completed on Friday, 10.03.2023, at 17:00 CET.
During this time, Block Storage will not function correctly. However, there will be no complete downtime and you can continue to use your VMs that have no volumes as usual.
to avoid data loss during the upgrade, we need to properly shut down your VMs that have some volumes in Quobyte until the upgrade is complete. It would be better if you finish all tasks on these VMs before we start the upgrade.
We will inform you as soon as the upgrade is completed and the problem is fixed.
