Dear Users of the de.NBI Cloud Tübingen,
our update efforts are making progress. With the beginning of March we want to start the update tasks in region 2. Therefore, I would like to ask you to let us know by March 4th on which of your VMs (virtual machines) important processes are running in order to plan a possible downtime together. For all VMs not notified in this way, they will be stopped as soon as it is the turn of their respective servers to be updated. Please restart them as soon as they have been switched off for more than half an hour. We would be very grateful if you delete or stop unneeded VMs on your behalf, especially GPU VMs! VMs that show no activity for more than a year are shelved. This means that the resources are released for other users and the state of the VM is saved. This state can then be restored at a later date, making the VM available again if required.
We appreciate your support and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
On behalf of the de.NBI Cloud Tübingen,
Fabian Paz
