We are pleased to inform you that the Quobyte problem was resolved yesterday, and all types of volumes are now working again on Quobyte Storage.
However, please be aware that no new volumes should be created on Quobyte in either region. If you are able to create new Ceph volumes in your project, please use those and don't add more data to existing Quobyte volumes.
