Dear Users of the de.NBI Cloud Tübingen,
after some investigations we found the root of our problems. We can get the ceph system stable for a time, but we need it to be as passive and low as possible in the upcoming days to be able to apply a long term fix. So we would like to ask for your help (only Region Two affected!)!
1. Please try to delete any snapshots or ceph volumes, you don't need anymore!
2. Please avoid creating any ceph volumes for now or write operations on existing volumes. This would mean actively stopping relevant writing services on your virtual machines.
We hope to get our system stable fast with your help. If the load still will be too high, we will need to shutdown relevant virtual machines eventually in the upcoming days.
