Dear de.NBI Cloud Berlin users,
due to a scheduled maintenance in our data center building the electrical power will be shut off for several hours during the night from May 9th to May 10th 2023. Therefore, we will have to shut down all cloud services (Compute, Storage, Network, etc.) well in advance.
Since our services must be shut down in a specific order and not all at once, we are going to start shutting down de.NBI Cloud Berlin infrastructure on Tuesday, May the 9th, 2023 from 4pm on. Please make sure that you have shutdown your instances before that time.
On the day after (Wesdnesday, May the 10th) and we are going to power up our cloud service again. We will send around updates on the progress and inform you as soon as services get available again.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thanks a lot for your understanding.
