Dear de.NBI Cloud Bielefeld user,
due to an erroneous switch configuration, most parts of our cloud infrastructure had no network connection from 12:50 to 13:30. The configuration problem is fixed and the network is up again. We will give you a more detailed update if we have checked up everything.
