Dear users of the de.NBI Cloud,
We would like to provide you with an update regarding the ongoing infrastructure upgrade.
Yesterday, we successfully completed a significant part of the planned work. However, a few remaining tasks from the first maintenance phase still need to be completed this morning.
We do not expect any major impact on running virtual machines while these remaining tasks are carried out. However, you may experience temporary interruptions to network connectivity and cloud services. Regarding the second phase, If we are able to start it and reboot all VMs in Region 1 (R1) today, we will notify you, otherwise, it will be tomorrow.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete the remaining work. We will continue to keep you informed of any important updates throughout the maintenance.
