Dear users of the de.NBI Cloud,
We would like to provide you with an update regarding the ongoing infrastructure upgrade.
Unfortunately, we were not able to complete the third and final phase of the maintenance in Region 2 (R2) within the originally scheduled maintenance window. Therefore, we need to extend the maintenance until tomorrow, 5:30 PM.
The VMs hosted on the affected Region 2 compute nodes will remain shut down until the upgrade has been completed. We kindly ask you once again not to attempt to start your VMs in R2 during this period. We will notify you as soon as it is safe to power them on again.
If we are able to complete the maintenance earlier than expected, we will inform you immediately so that you can restart your VMs without waiting until the extended maintenance window ends.
We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation.
