we regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing authentication issues affecting our Cloud Dashboard, resulting in an inability for users to log in to https://denbi.uni-tuebingen.de/ using your ELIXIR ID and home institution as identity provider.
Upon investigation, it has been determined that the issue is beyond the scope of de.NBI, and we have reached out to Elixir (Life Sciences RI) for resolution. We are actively engaged with them to address the problem, and we will keep you informed as soon as a comprehensive solution is implemented.
To mitigate the impact, we recommend refraining from logging out of the dashboard. Remaining logged in will help ensure uninterrupted access and minimize the visibility of any errors. Further, using an additional identity provider despite your home institution, e.g. ORCID might help.
