Dear Users of the de.NBI Cloud Tübingen,
to make unused resources available to everyone, we are establishing new resource policies:
Virtual Machines that have been shutoff or are inactive and in an error state for more than 7 days will be shelved.
We furthermore reserve the right to convert shelved VMs to storage volumes to free public IPv4 addresses.

We will begin enforcing these policies next week Monday (Sep 14th).
