Dear users of the de.NBI Cloud,
We would like to inform you that we have successfully completed all remaining tasks from the first maintenance phase.
We are now proceeding with the second phase of the infrastructure upgrade, during which we will upgrade the compute services in **Region 1 (R1)**. As part of this process, the virtual machines (VMs, Instances) hosted on the affected Region 1 compute nodes will be shut down temporarily.
We kindly ask again that if your VMs are shut down during the maintenance, please do not attempt to start them again on the same day. We will inform you as soon as it is safe to power them on again.
We will continue to keep you informed of the maintenance progress and notify you once the Region 1 upgrade has been completed.
