Dear users of the de.NBI Cloud,
we are receiving a number of reports of instances in Region Two freezing and looping in reboot, startup or shutdown states, or volumes being unreachable. This is due to the presence of a serious problem with one of our storage nodes, which has caused a number of other issues that we are currently working hard to fix.
Even though some users are currently unable to access their volumes or instances, the data is still protected by multiple replicas. For urgent cases we can offer to provide new resources in Region One until the problem is fixed. This is especially useful if the data from the hanging volumes is not needed and the instances can be configured without much effort.
To all affected users we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on the problem to get all systems up and running again as soon as possible. Although we cannot predict how long the repair will take, our team is available to answer any questions or requests from affected users.
On behalf of the de.NBI team,
Fabian Paz
