Dear users of the de.NBI Cloud,
We would like to inform you that we have successfully completed the second phase of the infrastructure upgrade. The compute services in Region 1 (R1) have been successfully upgraded.
VMs (instances) in Region 1 (R1) can now be powered on and are ready for normal operation. If you need your VMs, we kindly ask you to start them at your convenience.
We are now proceeding with the third and final phase of the infrastructure upgrade, during which we will upgrade the compute services in Region 2 (R2). As part of this process, the virtual machines (VMs/instances) hosted on the affected Region 2 compute nodes will be shut down temporarily.
We kindly ask again that if your VMs are shut down during the maintenance, please do not attempt to start them again on the same day. We will inform you as soon as it is safe to power them on again.
We will continue to keep you informed of the maintenance progress and notify you once the Region 2 upgrade has been completed.
