Dear users,
First of all, we would like to apologize again for the cancellation of last week's planned maintenance and inform you about the new maintenance window, which is scheduled from Monday, 3 August 2026 at 10:30 until Thursday, 6 August 2026 at 17:30.
During this maintenance, we will apply the latest Linux kernel updates to our infrastructure, which require server reboots, and upgrade our Ceph storage clusters to the latest stable release.
The most important impact for users is that running virtual machines (instances) will be restarted on Tuesday, 4 August 2026, from 10:30, one region at a time (R1 followed by R2).
The remaining maintenance activities on other days, are expected to have little or no impact on running services.
While we do not anticipate any unexpected interruptions, delays are always possible during infrastructure maintenance. We will keep you informed if there are any significant changes to the schedule.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve the security, stability, and reliability of the de.NBI Cloud infrastructure.
