Dear users of the de.NBI Cloud,
This is a final reminder that the scheduled maintenance for the de.NBI Cloud infrastructure upgrade to the new OpenStack version will begin today at 10:30 AM.
We are now starting the first phase of the maintenance, during which the core cloud services will be upgraded. During this time, you may experience temporary interruptions to network connectivity and cloud services. Your VMs will remain running and will not be shut down during today's maintenance.
As announced previously, the compute services will be upgraded on the following two days. VMs hosted on the affected compute nodes will need to be shut down during those maintenance periods. We will provide further updates before each phase.
If your VMs are shut down during the compute maintenance, please do not attempt to restart them until we inform you that it is safe to do so.
We will keep you informed throughout the maintenance and notify you of any important updates.
